Busy mom's guide to baking

Let’s face it, being a mom or dad or any type of parent in these times is just plain hard. You are running around from one sport to another, then piano lessons and play dates. Don’t forget in your spare time you need to help your child(ren) with their homework and make lunches for the next day. The last thing you want to do is bake. Whether it’s for a school party, holiday or even birthdays, you are a busy parent and sometimes it’s easier to pick up something from a bakery rather than make it yourself. But what if you could bake something in minimal time AND it tastes delicious AND it looks Pinterest worthy?

What if you had the tools and activities to also bake with your child while working on your child's fine motor skills, visual motor skills, hand strengthening and sensory skills? Children are constantly growing and developing each day. It is easy to incorporate activities to help foster development of these skills. While I will provide you with the tools and activities to work with your child, my emails will not provide any medical advice. If you do have medical questions please contact your physician.

Through my background as a pediatric occupational therapist and a baker (over 15 years of baking experience), mother of two busy boys, and solopreneur, I will send you an email each week (nospam I promise!) with time saving tips and activities to do with your child to help promote their developmental skills.
